Medical, Dental and Vision

Medical, dental and vision plans start the day you do…and KIPP TEAM and Family puts money into your Health Savings Account if you enroll into our medical plan. We also offer access to the Teledoc program, which connects you to a licensed doctor by web, phone or mobile app in minutes. Employees can also put away pre-taxed dollars for childcare, medical expenses and/or public transportation costs.

Employee Retirement Options

New Jersey School Based Employees Only – All NJ school based TEAM and Family are automatically enrolled into the NJ Pension program. In addition, we offer an optional 403(b) retirement plan for those who want to contribute more towards their retirement. An employee match is provided for employees who contribute towards their 403(b).

Miami and New Jersey Non-School Based Employees Only – We offer all of our employees a retirement option through a pension plan or company sponsored 403b plan.

Paid Time Off

School-based TEAM & Family have approximately 25 days of school closure days for holidays and breaks, in addition to personal and summer vacation days. 

Non school-based TEAM & Family receive personal paid time off and about 15 paid holidays each year.

New Parent Support

We provide up to 12 weeks of paid leave for primary caregivers and four weeks for secondary caregivers to bond with their new child. In order to support staff who are adoptive parents, we provide up to $1,500 financial reimbursement for expenses incurred for the adoption of a child.

Employee Onboarding

All candidates who accept an offer with the KIPP TEAM and Family Schools, Inc. network will go through an onboarding process. Your start date will be contingent upon you completing all required steps. A summary of requirements can be found below.
